Opinion Research Services were commissioned by Milton Keynes Council to undertake a strategic housing market assessment, including a comprehensive study of current and future housing requirements and housing need. The assessment was undertaken to inform policies, like the Core Strategy for the Local Development Framework and the Housing Strategy.

The council has recently commissioned a review of all the leisure and physical recreation facilities in Milton Keynes.
